South Indian Sexy actress coming in Latest Malayalam movie titled as Mallu Singh. Kunjacko Boban, Unni Mukundhan,Manoj K Jayan and Biju Menon leads the main character in this movie. Karthika starts her film carrier at the year of 2009. She done a Telugu Film titled as Josh and that movie which did't made a success in the film industry. 

After Josh she done a Tamil movie which is titled as KO( The leader) with the Tamil actor Jeeva and this movie made a huge collection in the film industry.KO the movie which is directed by K.V.Anand. Sexy actress Piaa Bajpai done an important character in this movie.

Actually the movie which is for the young superstar Pritviraj. But unfortunately he can't take that good opportunity because of the commitment in another Hindi movie titled as AYYA. Bollywood actress Rani Mukharji leads the female character in Ayya. Becase of this movie Pritvi lost Mallu Singh and Unni Mukundan was replaced in Pritvi's role.
