The dialogs are very much attractive because of the script writing of Ranjith. Humor actor Jagathy done a good role in this movie. The problems which faced a real estate broker and the wrong thing that happened in the real estate business, was the basic story line of this movie. One specialty was that, there are no action scenes in this movie.The audience having a medium report about this movie.
